This past saturday we celebrated Maya's 3rd birthday, her real "birth" date was April 27th. We had a good turnout and we had a good time. We enjoyed some good fun and food, rounded out by singing happy birthday and eating cake.
I look back and remember every second and moment of when Maya was born, and I look at pictures and fall in love all over again with my little girl! She has definetly grown up so much within the last year, from being potty trained (long ago!!) to starting up school at Athena. She definetly has one of those "girl" personalities that you love and hate sometimes. I love her so much and she has brough a lot of joy into our lives. It's crazy that my little guys are growing up right before my eyes, luckily I still get those hugs and kisses often!!
Happy birthday MAYA ROSE BUCHANAN!!

Easter bunny came!
Yup, it's the night before and I feel I am more excited for the kids easter baskets than they will. I think I did a great job, didn't spend much money, and reused some stuffed animals that were packed away that the kids never knew about! Maya is into Hello Kitty right now, and she is just going to flip when she sees her basket. The Hello Kitty on the side she found in our garage at our little house and kept wanting to go back to get it, I told her I would try to go back and find it, and when I did, I thought to myself it would be perfect to say the easter bunny found it and brought it to her! Target even had fun hello kitty shaped eggs! Noah is doing soccer right now, so I got him some soccer eggs, both topped off with the all around fun "chalk", pinwheels, and bunny peeps!$1 isle is so awesome!!! Easter here we come!

I'm learning!!
Testing out the sandbox!
New Discoveries!
It's amazing to even after 2 kids to see another child start from a helpless baby and turn into this little person that is starting to become so interested in everything around him. While getting his cereal ready I decided to place a little jingle ball on his tray. I couldn't believe my eyes when I actually saw him hitting it and picking it up. He was so interested in that thing! Seeing things like this will never get old to me :)
Quick Nap..
