We have teeth!

We are pleased to announce that tristan is now getting his 2 bottom teeth in. They have both poked through within the last few days. Still exciting after all the teeth my other kids have in their mouths! haha... I just hate how much they suffer to get them in for them to just fall out.

7 months

Well, yesterday Tristan turned 7 months. It's crazy to think that he is now on the down end of the hill to turning 1. Time definetly flies by when they are little like this, they seem to be here one minute and another be cooing and babbling.

Within the las month Tristan has definetly become a talker! He can now say Dadda, Mamma, and Bobba! For sure, when he is hungry he will become very vocal and at times say Dadda Bobba, or Momma Bobba! It's very cute. He loves looking at himself in the mirror! I'm sure he's wondering who that person is talking back to him!

Within the past couple of days or so, we have really see Tristan become mobile! Yes, Mobile. I think that he is going to follow in Noah's footsteps and army crawl! He looks like a little inchworm! He inch his way to wherever he wants to get to! Some peole might ask if I dread him starting to do this, but honestly, I'm ready. I'm one of those people that dread holding a 20+ pound baby all the time!! Hee Hee JK

I am not sure on his weight but I'm sure he is around 22 or 23 lbs. He is a chunk money! I just love how chunky he is! More to kiss and love on!!

Beach Trip 2009... Corpus Christi

Beach Trip 2009 was in Corpus Christi this year! The past few years we have gone to Galveston, and I thought this year we could venture somewhere we had never gone before. We got to Corpus around 11am on Friday, and we venture to the Texas State Aquarium. I would give it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I was highly dissatisfied, and for $61 bucks for us to go, I almost wanted to ask for a refund! After the aquarium we decided to check in to our hotel and enjoyed the private beach right outside the back doors! It was a nice little beach, we rented a umbrella and sat out there for a few hours. Saturday morning we woke up and at at IHOP. Wow, that was interesting in itself and after breakfast we headed to MUSTANG ISLAND. It was a very nice beach. I was upset that there were no seashells, and I mean NO seashells. There were tons of little clamshells, it was neat to play with those on the beach. We stopped at a local resturant and walked through some local souvenier shops. We were able to cross the little ferry to cross over to Port Aransas and drive back to our hotel. We were all completely sunburned! The sun and heat is not forgiving no matter how much sunblock you put on!! We headed home the next day! It was a great trip, I wish we could have stayed a day or two longer, but till next year!!!

Fun Ride!

Finding shade on a HOT HOT day!

Trying to find a "cool" thing to do with the kids has been a struggle. We got out early and went to the playground. The kids love finding "new" playgrounds and we've discovered quite a few different ones. This one I found nestle in a bunch of trees! Great shade but with the 100+ weather, the shade did little!

Noah has mastered the monkey bars this summer! He loves doing them!

Tristan has learne to sit by himself for short periods of time! Here he chose to eat mulch!!

I thought this was a cute picture! For the longest time Maya didn't know how to use the laptop cause she didn't understand how touse the mouse or click aything! She has mastered it and loves playing PBS Kids! Ah,followin in her brother's footsteps!!

Transformers 2

We took the kids to see Transformers 2 a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't help myself but to get a picture of this guy dressed as Bumblebee with Noah. He actually looks scary to me! Great movie though!
