Happy Halloween 2009
And another Halloween has come and gone! We had a great time trick or treating. Maya enjoyed running from door to door unlike the previous years where she had to be held or pushed around in a stroller. Tristan enjoyed being pushed around in the stroller and seeing all the kids running around, as well as chewing on the glow in the dark bracelets.. Noah has a fun time, but we joked that he turned into Ice Man instead of Spiderman cause he kept saying he was so cold. I had a great time walking around our little neighborhood with the kids, running into our neighbors. We came home and dumped all the candy on the floor of the living room and took out what we didn't want and left a bowl outside. I must say I felt this Halloween was a great one. Hope everyone had as much fun as we did. Nothing like seeing your kids running around and acting crazy for that yummy sugar stuff!

Red Robin Birthday Dinner!
Go figure Noah would pick Red Robin for his birthday dinner out...HE Loves that place, even if the bird isn't their! We had a good time, and even Uncle Kris joined us! Noah wanted them to sing happy birthday to him the second we got seated at the table, but we had to explain to him that that was for dessert time. When they started singing to him, he got a little nervous but was excited. He even got to enjoy a scoop of vanilla ice cream, even after all the other sweets he enjoyed during the day :)
Caramel Apples!
Yesterday, Noah got invited to ride the bus home with his friend Zoe and make Caramel Apples. I personally have never made them, and didn't realize how EASY they were to make. I might have to start this as a fall tradition with my kids, cause they had a lot of fun.

Riding the bus home with a friend!
Yesterday, Noah got to ride the bus home with his friend Zoe. I had to get pictures of the momentous occasion... This is only his second time to ride the bus. I'm not to sure he realized that I would be there when he got off!

Happy 6th Birthday Noah!
Today, Noah turns 6!! Wow, how amazing that sounds. I can remember having Noah home nad bringing him home from the hospital. I remember his first "army crawl" his first word, how we struggled so much with his eating, how he loved to get into everything. It's amazing that he has grown into such a big boy and a great artist. Currently his "when i grow up, I want to be is" an Artist... makes me proud :) He is enjoying Kindergarten and making lots of new friends. What a great way to celebrate your birthday by being invited over to make caramel apples and ride the bus home with a friend... thats another post :)
