To celebrate the holiday we went to Houston to visit Grandma Buchanan and Jenna. We started the day out by going swimming, which the kids had fun doing. We went to a picnic/ground breaking for a new chapel to be built. It was a good time, it was very hot, but nice to relax. Later that night we drove around looking for fireworks, but the place we stopped, we had gotten there a little late and they were just ending. On the drive back to grandma's the kids saw a lot, which was good cause they prefered to stay in the car, since they were scared of the loud noises. Daddy and Jenna helped the kids do some little kid fire works and the night was soon over.
I am thankful to live in a free country and have such a loving family.
I forgot to charge the camera for the trip but did get one picture in before it died... This is when we were out looking at fireworks. Maya was so scared..
